All services, sessions, readings, mentoring, digital products, and resources offered by The Light Path Collective are provided for personal insight, reflection, and educational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are encouraged to seek support from appropriately qualified professionals where required.

While care and integrity are taken in all offerings, no outcomes or results are guaranteed. Any guidance shared reflects the practitioner’s perspective and intuitive or interpretive framework at the time of the session.

2. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with any service or product from The Light Path Collective, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being

• Any insights or guidance received are taken at your own discretion

• The Light Path Collective and its practitioners are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your participation

3. Confidentiality

All client information, session content, and personal details are treated as strictly confidential.

No information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Please note that confidentiality does not extend to circumstances where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is legally required.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm all bookings

• Zoom appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session

• Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

• If you need to reschedule, please contact your practitioner directly as early as possible

In-Person Appointments

• Payment is made at the appointment via cash or card, unless otherwise arranged

5. Practitioner Discretion & Right to Refuse Service

All practitioners at The Light Path Collective reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any individual at any time

• Decline or discontinue sessions if they believe the service is no longer appropriate, ethical, or supportive

If a practitioner determines that a client is becoming overly reliant on sessions, they may decline future bookings. In such cases, any prepaid sessions that are declined by the practitioner will be refunded.

As a general guideline, we recommend six to twelve months between sessions, unless you are engaged in a structured mentoring or package offering.

6. Professional Boundaries & Code of Conduct

Practitioners commit to conducting themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.

Clients are expected to do the same. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Contacting practitioners outside of scheduled appointment times for additional guidance, support, or questions is not permitted, unless explicitly included in a mentoring or package agreement.

7. Digital Products & Online Content

All digital products, recordings, written materials, and online resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Access to digital products is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with any service offered by The Light Path Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
