The session can occur in person at the practitioner's discretion or via Zoom. All appointments booked for Zoom must be paid in full 24 hours before appointment time via the payment link sent or at the time of booking. Failure to pay 24 hours before the appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable. For all in-person appointments, payment is made at the appointment via card or cash.
